For any return to be possible,
- proof of purchase must be provided,
- The product must be returned to us
If any product that we supply fails or becomes defective within the stated warranty period (See WARRANTY below), CLS will have the option to
- Supply a replacement
- Repair the product
- Refund the purchase price or Give a store credit
If a customer wishes to return any item which they have purchased, CLS will be prepared to allow this provided that
- The items are returned in pristine condition and in original packaging and with whatever parts or manuals they were sold with.
- They were not items that were sold through a “Special order or Specially Sourced” and therefore not normally in stock.
- The items are returned within 5 working days of original purchase
- CLS reserves the right to make a charge of 15% Restocking Fee on the transaction
